Pinnaple Dosi(Annaasi Dosi) is a delicious sweet for a teatime or desrt.
INGREDIENTS:
- 450g of Pineapple
- Ripe Limes 1
- 350g of Sugar
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Cinnamon sticks 1
METHOD:
- Peel the pineapple first
- Cut it into thin slices
- Then add lime juice and place in the pan and keep it on stove
- Then add sugar to the mixture and stir it until bringing to a boil
- Once dry, cut into pieces
