Preperation time will be around 40 minutes and can be served to 8 – 10 people.

INGREDIENTS:

- 1/4 cup Milkmaid
- 1 tea spoon Butter
- 200g Cherries (About 1 cup)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 50g Sugar
- 30g Flour
- 1/2 Vanila Bean
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Generously butter a 7″ tart and then arrange the pitted cherries in an evenly spaced fashion.
- Add the eggs, Milkmaid, milk, sugar and flour into a blendar and scrape the vanila bean into it. Blend untill smooth.
- Slowly pour the mixture over the cherries.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until puffy and golden brown (About 25-30 minutes).
- Slice and serve hot, dusted with powered sugar.
