A traditional fruit cake with a yummy lovely chocolate topping. It’s an easy, fruit Cake recipe with soft feeling.
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 300g Wheat flour
- 250g Sugar
- 7g Baking Powder
- 300g Chopped Mixed Fruits
(cashew, sultana, pumpkin preserve, chaw chaw & cherry)
Topping
- 200g milkmade
- 400g Dark Chocolate
- 100 ml Fresh Cream
METHOD:
- Beat butter & sugar until it becomes a cream
- Sieve flour & baking powder thrice
- Add eggs (one by one ) to butter & sugar mix
- Mix chopped fruits & 50g wheat flour & keep a side
- Finally add flour to the egg mix well
- Add chopped fruit mixture gradually
- Then bake at 185 C° for 45 minutes
Milkmaid Chocolate cream
- Mix milkmaid 200ml with fresh cream
- Heat it up to 75C° temperature
- Remove from the fire & add melted chocolate.
