Pancake with chicken mix
INGREDIENTS:
- A little parsley
- 1 egg
- 125ml of fresh milk
- 200g of flour
- Salt and pepper

METHOD:
- Place the mashed pastry into a bowl, chop it, and mix it well.
- Add a little bit of milk and mix again.
- Now, place the mixture into a heated pan and make pancakes by frying them in portions.
Chicken Filling
Ingredients:
- 400g chicken
- 200ml milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flour
Method:
- Take a thick-bottomed pan and add the chicken along with the milk. Let it simmer.
- Once the chicken is well-cooked, add a little bread flour and cook for a while.
- Continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
- Prepare the pancake batter and cook pancakes on a heated pan.
- Place the filling inside the pancakes and roll them up.
- Serve with white sauce for the best taste.
White Sauce
Ingredients:
- 10g flour
- 10g butter
- 500ml milk
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves
Method:
- In a thick-bottomed pan, add flour and butter. Cook on low heat while stirring continuously, ensuring the mixture does not change color.
- Cook until it forms a smooth paste.
- Gradually add milk while stirring to prevent lumps.
- Stud the onion with two cloves and add it to the mixture.
- Let it simmer on low heat for a while.
- Remove from heat, discard the onion, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
